10 ways how to use SMS for your business

1. In-store promotion. Letting your existing clients know of any special offers or discounts that are being offered in store

2. Mobile coupons. Promoting spending while saving money to your customers. Send an SMS with a code that will benefit your customers of a special offer when showing the SMS at the counter.

3. 2-way communication with your clients. Giving a mobile number to which they can reply with any suggestions.

4. Notifications. Notifying clients of new stocks, open days, delivery schedule, etc

5. Doing adverts on newspapers/ magazines quoting an SMS number, by replying to that number clients will be sent an offer via SMS and you can start building a customer database.
